CRIMPING HEAD WITH ADVANCED DESIGN
Different from traditional hydraulic crimping unit design, P150 utilizes vertical movement technology for dies and master die. This advantage makes positioning easier and enables pressing of large elbow or shaped fittings.
NEW PROCESSING FOR DIE SETS
All die sets use surface polishing treatment after high frequency processing, protecting the galvanized layer of couplings during pressing. This results in hose assemblies with better anti-rust capability.
QUICK CHANGE TOOL AND MACHINE RACK
Makes die set changing more convenient and provides safe storage for die sets, significantly improving productivity.
LARGE DOUBLE USE FOOT PEDAL
The foot pedal frees both of the operator's hands and improves working efficiency. With dual function controlling both closing and opening, it makes crimping hose assemblies much easier.
